Installation Instructions

📂 How to Open Downloaded Files

Our software comes in a compressed .ZIP format to ensure fast downloads. You must extract it before running the application.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Do not simply double-click the .exe file inside the zip folder. The application will crash if not extracted first!

Download the file from the secure portal.

Right-click the downloaded zip file in your downloads folder.

Select "Extract All..." and click Extract.

Open the new yellow folder created and run the application inside.

🍽️ Restaurant Billing Pro

Installation

1. Open the extracted folder named Restaurant_Billing_Pro.

2. Run BillingSystem.exe as Administrator.

3. If prompted by Windows Security, click More Info > Run Anyway.

Initial Setup & Login

Hardware Lock Activation

This software is locked to your specific machine for security.

When you first run the app, copy the Machine ID displayed on the screen.

Email this ID to krkthndfd1@gmail.com.

We will send you a unique License Key to unlock the full version.

🛒 Grocery POS Setup

Installation

1. Open the extracted folder named Krkthn_GroceryPOS.

2. Double-click Setup.exe to install dependencies.

How to Activate Free License

When you first open the app, it will ask for a License Key.

Quick Start

Add Products: Go to Inventory > Add Item > Scan Barcode or type Name.

Billing: Go to POS > Type product name > Enter Qty > Click Print.

⚡ DFD Architect Setup

Installation

1. Open the extracted folder.

2. Run DFD_Architect.exe (This is a portable version; no installation needed).

How to Use

Step 1: In the text box, type your process logic using arrows.
Example: "Student applies -> Admin approves -> System prints card"

Step 2: Click "Generate Diagram" to visualize the flow.

Step 3: Right-click the image to Save as PNG for your project report.
